About the Role

Are you knowledgeable about the cross-border payments industry? Do you understand correspondent banking and its related payment processes and operations? Are you passionate about the future of payments and its ongoing evolution towards an instant and frictionless experience?

Join the Case Management squad! We are looking for one talented individual to join a team of experts to help shaping improved Payments Exception Processes for Financial institutions. This includes the introduction of ISO 20022 standards and the extension of the Swift’s Case Management solution to introduce smart routing and orchestration for Swift and non-Swift flows.

What to expect

  • Drive the product requirements process while working collaboratively with key stakeholders to prioritize and validate technology, features, product direction and strategy;
  • Work in close relationship with the customers to shape the product’s vision thanks to your excellent knowledge of the market and the products you manage;
  • Drive market community readiness looking at all relevant customer touch points (technology, change management, usage);
  • Keep abreast of trends in the industry and share information with other divisions/departments;
  • Participate in manage product launch projects by assisting in the coordination of all aspects of the marketing plan (product/ pricing offer, promotion, distribution strategy, development of user documentation, training of sales force and customers.

What will make you successful

  • University degree or equivalent;
  • At least 10 years experience in a financial operations, product or service development/project planning/management role;
  • Adaptability and responsiveness to change;
  • Strong communication skills (both written and oral);
  • Team player, willing to work in multicultural environment;
  • Ability to influence, work effectively across all levels and transversally; challenger, curious and a positive mindset;
  • Capacity to innovate, think out of the box and connect the dots: challenge the status quo, and think out of the box for alternative/most efficient solutions;
  • Customer oriented: making customers and their needs a primary focus;
  • Agile experience is an asset;
  • Take accountability for delivering results;
  • Have a commercial mindset;
  • Experience working with customers.
