In this newly created position, the Marketing Business Analyst plays a crucial role in optimizing marketing strategies through data-driven insights. The analyst will bridge business and marketing teams by delivering actionable data to improve performance and challenge existing strategies. We are looking for a candidate with solid analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
YOUR ROLE
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Consolidation of Marketing KPIs across all markets, ensuring the efficient tracking of performance metrics;;
- Managing and optimizing data sources for better collection, with a focus on automation;
- Conducting segmentation and cohort analysis to provide targeted insights for marketing leaders;
- Performing detailed benchmarks and brand-related analysis using internal and external data sources (Ipsos, H2 Gambling Capital, Statista);
- Developing player profiles and providing insights to inform marketing personas and behavioral analysis;
- Collaborating with the CRM team to support and improve retention campaigns based on performance analysis;
- Assisting in budget optimization, forecasting, and strategy challenges to enhance marketing performance.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field, preferably from a commercial or business school;
- Minimum 5 years in the Gaming Industry and At least 2 years in Marketing roles;
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven and business-oriented;
- Proficiency in PowerBI, Excel (advanced), and GA4;
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and interactive technologies;
- Experience with LivePartners, Statista, or similar data tools is a plus;
- Advanced user of Windows Suite Office, especially Excel;
- Fluent in English and French.
