Internal Communication Manager Belgium and the Netherlands
About the Role:
Ensuring a continuous and comprehensive internal communication on our vision and goals to all staff in the Plant as well as in the Commercial BU;
Creating an engaging environment, contributing to the understanding and implementation of the new organizational model and strengthening the engagement of all employees around Accountability, Continuous Feedback and Leadership Excellence;
Designing and implementing a local Internal communication strategy, identifying and deploying appropriate internal communication tools to communicate on current and future business developments, key projects and ensuring a two-way communication.
Design Internal Communication strategy
Define communication strategy for different companies and populations making vision and goals tangible for all employees.
Continuous communication around Key Projects
Continuous communication of main messages to all employees: Culture (Group values, culture of respect, Accountability, Continuous Feedback, Leadership), Engagement surveys' results (process & action plan projects), Group news;
Town Halls in the production plant and the commercial BU;
Specific industrial and business project communication;
Corporate events in collaboration with Global Internal Communication and Marketing;
Pro-active communication of other important events.
Employer Branding Communication tools
Design a local Employer Branding strategy and identify appropriate communication tools to make Ferrero tangible and attractive for different key roles in a highly competitive market;
Support key employer branding events (thanks to social media and marketing tools).
Design an Internal Communication Plan
Define and deploy the most suitable channels in order to extend coverage for pertinent information, elaborating and respecting the particularities of different target groups (via Ferrero TV, Internal Intranet platforms and Kiosks).
Who we are looking for:
University degree (Communication and/or Marketing);
Previous successful Internal Communication experience (5/7 years), editorial skills;
Fluency in English and French (Dutch is a plus);
Good understanding of different target groups and cultures (blue/white collars, different countries);
Strategic and conceptual competencies;
Availability to commute on a weekly basis between Brussels, Arlon and Breda.
