Business Development Executive (Design & Innovation)

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our Business Development Innovation team in Belgium. As part of this role, you will be promoting the innovative capabilities of Airside 4.0 and our Design and Consultancy services to clients in the aviation industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the aviation sector, experience in technology solutions promotion, and a talent for fostering client relationships.

The opportunity:

Build and maintain a strong client pipeline through research, networking, and lead generation.
Initiate relationships with key decision-makers at potential client organizations.
Understand client needs to effectively promote the benefits of Airside 4.0 and Design & Consulting services.
Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and training sessions.
Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
Represent the company at industry events to expand the client base and stay informed about industry trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of business development or sales experience in the aviation industry.
Proven track record of successful relationship building with clients.
Expertise in promoting Industry 4.0 technology and design & consultancy services.
Strong understanding of aviation industry drivers and customer needs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Independent worker with effective prioritization skills.
Willingness to travel for client engagements.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is advantageous.
