Description   

We are looking for our future Global Rewards Manager who will be responsible for the design and implementation of global rewards strategies & mobility programs, in line with Aliaxis’ business objectives and corporate values. The role includes project management and market research activities, as well as communication strategies to promote understanding of the company's C&B and mobility programs.

Our ideal candidate can count on a few years of relevant experience and is willing to expand his/her skills in total rewards management, on a global scale.

Outstanding communication skills in English combined with analytical and data mindset, as well as the capacity to manage projects in a truly global environment are a must.

Job Description

The role reports to the VP Group Rewards & Mobility and operates at a global level in a matrix organization.

It includes the following responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage global C&B programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Oversee and manage international assignments and relocations (logistics, compensation packages, tax considerations…).
  • Partner with HR and business to ensure reward strategies and mobility programs align with business objectives and company culture.
  • Manage projects related to rewards and mobility (planning, executing, monitoring, closing within defined timeline and budget).
  • Conduct market research to understand C&B trends and make recommendations for changes or improvements.
  • Provide expertise on job evaluation, grading and pay structure (incl. base pay, variable pay, and LTI).

Requirements 

  • Master’s degree in economics, HR, Business Administration, or another relevant domain.
  • A few first years’ relevant experience in compensation & benefits or/and mobility, preferably in an international setting.
  • Knowledge of/interest for total global rewards trends and practices, as well as international tax and immigration laws.
  • Familiar with annual compensation review process (i.e. budgets, forecasts, accruals, data quality and reporting in the context of ASR, STI, LTI).
  • Outstanding communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly to diverse audiences up to C suite level.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills for HR data analysis and decision-making.
  • Project Management experience, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and manage a range of stakeholders across diverse teams, locations and time zones.
  • Solid business acumen with an appetize for rewards & mobility topics and desire to learn and develop into the role.
