Mission and Key Tasks

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the effective transportation of products from internal and external Distribution Centers to customers;
• Streamline transportation processes and procedures to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, focus on service levels as expected by our customers, and compliant with European regulations;
• Follow up on carrier performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboards;
• Organize and prepare transportation tenders in collaboration with the procurement team;
• Identify opportunities to reduce CO2 emissions within transportation operations;
• Follow up on transportation costs and lead annual transportation budget process.

Background and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in transportation management, preferably within a multinational environment;
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen focus on finding efficient solutions;
• Knowledge of logistics best practices, trends, and innovations. Proficiency in logistics software, such as transportation management systems (TMS).
