Oversight over financial closing and Reporting of the Cytiva Belgium entities (US GAAP & Statutory)
Main points person for internal, financial and tax auditors
Responsible for local financial controllership activities and controls (e.g. Manual Journal Review, Account reconciliations, Balance sheet reviews, Physical inventory observation)
Provision of data for Tax team to ensure accurate and timely CIT & VAT filings
Update, communication, monitoring and administering of relevant policies and procedures.
Support implementation of new processes and systems
Prepare financial analyses and respond on ad hoc queries and provide local technical accounting support on matters impacting the legal entities

Accounting degree and at least 5 year experience in Financial Reporting and Controlling
Strong analytical skills
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and local GAAP
Demonstrated expertise in MS Office and ERP financial software (Onestream, Oracle/ SAP)
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal documents.
Ability to effectively communicate with management, public groups, peers and staff
Demonstrated strong and pragmatic business acumen
