We are looking for a passionate content manager with years of experience in Communication and Marketing – fully fluent in English.

Our Content Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and overseeing the creation, and production of content across various platforms (printed & digital). He/She will play a crucial role in shaping Nipro’s brand online presence thanks to a strong SEO expertise, driving engagement, and supporting overall marketing efforts through strategic content initiatives.

His/her primary goal is to ensure that the content aligns with the brand's voice, strategy, and objectives, while effectively engaging the target audience.

Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy Development: Develop, implement and follow our content strategy, with a focus on creating high-quality content and expanding our visibility and targeting the right audience. This includes planning editorial calendars, defining content themes, and setting performance goals.
  • Content Creation and Curation: Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including brochures, catalogues, flyers, articles, interviews, videos, social media posts, and other digital assets. Curate third-party content that enhances the brand's message and value.
  • SEO and Analytics: Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and traffic. Use analytics tools to track content performance, interpret data, and make informed decisions to improve future content strategies.
  • Content Consistency: Manage the content across multiple channels, such as websites, social media, email newsletters, and other digital platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand’s voice.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure content aligns with broader business strategies and goals. Coordinate with external contributors, freelancers, and agencies when necessary.
  • Content Governance: Maintain and enforce content guidelines, ensuring that all content is accurate, up-to-date, and consistent with the brand’s standards and legal requirements.
  • Innovation and Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in content marketing, ensuring the brand remains relevant and innovative in its content approach.
  • Operational Marketing activities: Managing internal process flow (content & translations), Audits – ISO & Internal, HR support for various activities such as ambassadors program/ Years of Service/Interns/Mentor-Mentee/…, social networks posting, Buzz posts.

Profile

  • A proven track record in content management in an international environment.
  • Fluent in English (native level or similar). Any other language is an asset
  • Strong communication skills.
