Are you ready to join the forefront of technology as a IT Functional Analyst in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements;
Develop functional specifications;
Work closely with the UX designers to obtain an intuitive and easy to use system;
Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of functional requirements;
Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing;
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions;
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.

Minimum of 8 years of experience as an IT Functional Analyst;
Proven experience in requirements elicitation, functional design, and system implementation;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Proactive, practical sense and organized;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus;
Proficiency in Jira, SharePoint, MS tools is a plus;
Strong understanding of complex business processes and ability to translate them into technical requirements;
Ability to create detailed documentation and reports;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Fluent in English, both orally and in writing, is a must have;
Customer-oriented and team player.
