Join a project that aims to deliver cross-border public services using blockchain technology and deliver interoperability agreements. using Ethereum Virtual Machine.
Technical analysis and advice on smart contracts and possible interaction with verifiable credentials, token engineering and digital identities.
Assess the feasibility of the use of the above-mentioned technologies to implement a solution that would help preserve IP-rights.
Provide insight on the potential implementation of these technologies, provide practical means to link assets (Verifiable Credentials) with assets deployed on public blockchains (NFTs, e.g. Polygon network).
Review and validation of deliverables.
Support cooperation with the different services involved.
Regular reporting to the project officer.

Bachelor degree in IT or related field and professional experience in IT.
Proven experience in complex IT projects.
Proven experience in public and private key technology, also known as public-key cryptography or asymmetric cryptography.
Proven experience of working with Web and Web3 technologies.
Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Tools.
Experience with blockchain technology.
Experience with solidity programming language.
Experience with smart contract architecture.
Experience with token engineering.
Fluent in English at least at a level B2.
