The HR & Payroll Specialist will be part of a growing payroll department, providing payroll services to a diverse range of international clients. He/She will have a solid understanding of payroll legislation and will be able to process payrolls from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish a good relationship with your clients based on trust
• Act as a team player and contribute to the growth of our team with your ideas
• Be responsible for a client portfolio assisted by our seniors in more complex scenarios
• Affiliation of international clients
• Daily communication with international clients
• Processing payroll based on input received
• Providing required output documents
• Assistance with local legislation
• Processing joiners and leavers
• Responsible for the Dimona declaration of joiners
• Calculation of settlements for leavers
• Responsible for declarations (DMFA, Belcotax) towards governmental bodies
• Assist with projects to build on the HRP department's daily operations

Key Requirements:

• Team player
• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• At least 1 year of experience in the role
• Fluent in both written and spoken English as well as Dutch or French
• Responsible and organized
• Eye for detail and quality-focused
• Expertise in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
• Experience working with Prisma (payroll system) and Officient is a plus
