Internal Payroll Specialist

The HR & Payroll Specialist will be part of a growing payroll department, providing payroll services to a diverse range of international clients. He/She will have a solid understanding of payroll legislation and will be able to process payrolls from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish a good relationship with your clients based on trust
- Act as a team player and contribute to the growth of our team with your ideas
- Be responsible for a client portfolio assisted by our seniors in more complex scenarios
- Affiliation of international clients
- Daily communication with international clients
- Processing payroll based on input received
- Providing required output documents
- Assistance with local legislation
- Processing joiners and leavers
- Responsible for the Dimona declaration of joiners
- Calculation of settlements for leavers
- Responsible for declarations (DMFA, Belcotax) towards governmental bodies
- Assist with projects to build on the HRP department's daily operations
Key Requirements:
- Team player
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- At least 1 year of experience in the role
- Fluent in both written and spoken English as well as Dutch or French
- Responsible and organized
- Eye for detail and quality-focused
- Expertise in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
- Experience working with Prisma (payroll system) and Officient is a plus
