Business Analyst

As a business analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving key projects and initiatives, optimizing our way of working, and ensuring data-driven decision-making . You will work closely with the management team, providing strategic support and acting as a bridge between functions to ensure alignment and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Project Management: Lead and manage high-impact projects from conception to completion, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and alignment with company goals and objectives (for example; manage launch of new solutions, structure and formalize a partner enablement program, …)
Process Optimization: Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, streamlining workflows and increasing efficiency (for example; analyze the technical support requests to reduce the volume of requests, …)
Performance Analysis: Collect, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track commercial, operational and financial progress (for example; set up commercial opportunity monitoring dashboard, build revenue forecast model, …)
Data-Driven Insights: Translate complex data into actionable insights to both internal stakeholders and external customers
Management Support: Provide support to the management team on various strategic initiatives, including board presentations and meeting coordination

Your profile:

Masters degree or equivalent by experience
+4 years of experience in project management and/or business analysis, as project manager or consultant
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with proficiency in Excel and BI tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across functions
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
