As a digital expert, you play a key role in optimizing and streamlining operational workflows within our organization. Your expertise in process design and implementation will foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure effective and efficient operations. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve productivity and maintain a competitive edge.
Responsibilities:
- Be the point of reference for matters related to digital ordering.
- Gather requirements from all stakeholders.
- Analyze existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies and opportunities for automation.
- Design and implement new processes, workflows and technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain detailed process documentation.
- Organize sessions with customers.
- Drafting business cases. Write test cases, monitor and validate test execution from a business perspective.
- Review SAS and challenge solutions proposed by IT.
- Resolve bugs and issues.
- Set the right priorities to deliver on time.
- Write user manuals and complex IT protocols.
- Present the status of the project at tribal ceremonies, KICs, etc.
- Provide feedback to customers.
Your Profile:
- You achived a Master degree or equivalent by experience.
- You acquired 5 years experience in a similar position.
- Be independent and able to manage a project independently.
- Be customer oriented.
- Ability to compromise and resolve bugs.
- Identify risks and prepare plans to mitigate them.
- Be proactive.
- Have good communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of telco products and tools is a plus.
- Language skills: you have a perfect command of English. Mastering Dutch or French is a plus.
