The HR Business Partner provides the overall linkage between the people-related needs in the applicable business area and the development and delivery of the regional/global HR policies and programs.
The HR Business Partner supports the business leaders in all people-related processes and activities, ensuring the correct application of legislation. The incumbent works closely together with the business leaders and/or line managers to achieve shared organizational objectives, in particular implementing people solutions that support strategic business goals.
Provide a consultancy service that delivers best practice and commercially focused HR solutions that support the business area in line with specialist HR functions. Develops, manages, coordinates, and administers a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR activities.
Partners with CoE’s to provide a consultancy service in the area of HR policies for line managers and to conducts and coordinate multiple HR projects. Supports personal and organizational change. Coordinates employee's appraisal process. Participates in implementing training and development programmes including talent and succession planning processes. Acts as an employee advocate.
