OVERVIEW:

In this position, you will build up market knowledge through regular contacts with distributors as well as end customers. In close collaboration with Sales and Product Marketing you develop, implement and evaluate marketing activity plans for the assigned markets. You define and implement a content marketing strategy to increase awareness and will generate and nurture leads. In collaboration with the supporting departments you will identify and execute the ideal mix of face-to-face events, digital and printed communication materials.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years B2B or B2C marketing experience in an industrial or commercial multilingual environment
  • Education: Bachelor or Master degree in applied economics, marketing or communication

Skills:

  • Fluent in English, very good knowledge of German and/or another European language
  • Knowledge of Marketing Mix
  • Digital marketing skills
  • SEO/SEA knowledge
  • Knowledge of content marketing
  • Ability to measure marketing activities and use the data to make decisions
  • PC literate : Powerpoint, Word, Exel, basic knowledge of graphical design
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Frequent business travel to meet customers and collect market knowledge should not be an obstacle for you.

This is a position where you need to be an innovative and creative thinker with a commercial awareness to understand implications of customer agreements. You know how to make a message stand out visually in a creative way. You need to have a pro-active, results-oriented, hands-on mentality and use initiative to develop solutions to problems/issues. You use your excellent communication skills to build relationships with the sales force as well as with customers. You are a team-player who enjoys collaborating with others, but also have the ability to manage projects with minimal direction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in implementing the EMEA commercial plan: promotion/support activities
  • Assist in developing product launch and campaign plans
  • Represent the customers’ interest in order to contribute to the selection of the EMEA product range
  • Position all trade marketing activities
  • Assessing and identifying time scales considerations
  • Manage the assigned marketing budget
