The Strategic Channel Manager plays a crucial role in driving competitive and sustainable growth in the adult care category within the retail channel. This is achieved through tailored customer plans aligned with the local market needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and strategic customer requirements across different business units.
- Identify growth opportunities and key customers to define and contribute to strategic targets.
- Meet innovation targets in collaboration with R&D and technical managers.
- Develop a unique value proposition for the adult care category.
- Lead the creation of sales concepts and promotional tools.
- Support the definition and implementation of specific customer plans with clear identification of enablers and barriers.
- Manage and coordinate product launch initiatives.
- Assess channel performance at multiple levels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or communication; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial position.
- Experience in commercial campaigns and marketing plans in CPG; Experience in our categories and retail brands is a plus.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
- Strategic vision, results- and process-oriented.
- Analytical skills with the ability to work with internal and external resources.
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
