Job Description

What does it feel like to be an Administrative Assistant in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

As an Administrative Assistant, you will:

  • Prepare invoicing data on the basis of information received from Project Managers and keep track of invoicing status;
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients;
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and submit and reconcile expense reports;
  • Develop and maintain a filing system;
  • Gather and reconcile timesheet information;
  • Collect and prepare CVs in the appropriate templates and update the CV database;
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, write and distribute emails, memos, letters and forms;
  • Maintain contact lists, schedule meetings and book travel.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar field;
  • Around 2 years of experience as an administrative or accounting assistant would be considered as distinctive advantage;
  • Previous experience in the European Institutions would be considered a plus;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas);
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures;
  • Experience in using SAP will be a plus;
  • Working knowledge of office equipment;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, French is good to have;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
