  • You closely work together with the HR program manager in integration projects of new entities or acquisitions to ensure adequate process implementation.
  • You define requirements for our internal HR tools and drive implementation in close cooperation with internal IT.
  • You describe, design & refine HR processes in detail to ensure a well thought design and user experience of (possibly inhouse developed) HR tools.
  • You lead the improvement and implementation of HR tools , ensuring a seamless integration with existing HR processes and existing and future business needs.
  • You collaborate with cross-functional HR and business teams to gather requirements, design workflows for our internal HR tools.
  • You are the main SPOC for our internal IT department and jointly steer, challenge and implement HR tooling.
  • You analyze current HR processes for improvement opportunities and develop and implement strategies using digital HR technology solutions.
  • You design, describe, implement, and refine HR processes to improve efficiency, compliance, and the overall employee experience on a global scale.
  • You collaborate with global HR teams, conducting process mapping and recommending improvements.
  • You unleash all relevant processes globally by creating and managing a global HR knowledge management system.
  • You oversee data integrity in HR systems, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • You implement data-driven strategies to enhance HR processes on a global scale.
  • You give input to the internal IT department to develop and improve self-explaining HR dashboards, reports. The digital data dashboard & reports should facilitate business and HR in easy KPI monitoring, gaining meaningful insights and action planning.
  • Build & provide ad hoc tailor made HR reports upon request.
  • You closely work together with HR leadership and stakeholders to align HR systems with organizational goals
  • You collaborate with vendors to remain ahead of evolutions to give input on resolving issues and to support in implementing upgrades.
  • You ensure smooth connectivity between digital HR systems and other corporate IT platforms.
  • You are responsible to initiate and co-ordinate different projects regarding Compensation & Benefits in partnership with a team of internal people or through external organisations in order to implement a modern and adapted personnel policy.
  • Perform yearly salary studies to ensure that we have a picture about the reward position of the organisation within the market.
  • You are responsible for the job classification system used within Cegeka, maintenance of existing functions, as well as assistance with the development of new functions and implementation in the various tooling within Cegeka.
  • You are responsible for the annual MERIT process and guiding the HR business partners through this process.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have at least 5+ years of experience in implementing HR processes, tools and applications in a global setting.
  • You are passionate about being staying informed about industry trends and best practices related to HR processes and technology.
  • You have a proactive attitude: identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and recommending innovative solutions are your key for you.
  • You have a strong understanding of HR processes, data management and compliance requirements.
  • You have excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • You communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • You have a very analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • You stay informed about HR technology trends and best practices.
