A day in the life of a Transaction Manager Corporate
- Managing the loan cycle of your corporate clients, including origination of new transactions, in-life management of your loan book and the optimization of the risk adjusted profitability;
- Visiting your clients in the framework of the lending relationship, gathering useful information and assessing opportunities for new profitable credits;
- Writing credit packages according to ING policy and present the credit request in respective commercial and/or risk committees;
- Being involved in loan negotiations with the client (in partnership with the relationship manager) and overseeing the loan documentation in collaboration with our legal department or external legal counsel;
- Cooperating with other lending colleagues and advising teams such as Loan Distribution Group, Capital Markets & Advisory team in more complex and/or multi-product transactions.

- Academic degree in econometrics, business economics, commercial engineering and/or CFA or equivalent education;
- Commercial drive and proactive mindset;
- Strong team spirit, with the capability to work on your own;
- Fluency in written and spoken English, with proficiency in Dutch and/or French as a valuable asset.
