As a Marketing & Sales Integration Specialist, you will be the linchpin between our sales and marketing teams, facilitating seamless communication and strategic alignment. You will be instrumental in developing, refining, and implementing marketing strategies that resonate with our sales feedback and market trends. Your role is crucial in enhancing our client engagement through targeted, account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns.

What you'll do:

  • Bridge Communication: Serve as the liaison between the sales and marketing teams primarily (but also with the product team as secondary). Relay insights and feedback from sales activities to inform marketing strategy development and ensure sales teams are aligned with marketing initiatives;
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to craft and refine marketing strategies. Lead the creation of targeted ABM campaigns, tailoring efforts to meet the unique needs of our diverse client base;
  • ABM Strategy Execution: Take charge of the operational execution of ABM campaigns, from digital outreach to personalized events and content delivery, with the support of the other members of the marketing team. Coordinate across departments to ensure seamless execution of targeted strategies, maximizing engagement and conversion rates. Monitor and adjust tactics in real time based on performance data and feedback from sales and client interactions;
  • Project Management: Oversee the lifecycle of ABM campaigns from conception through execution. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to monitor progress, assess campaign effectiveness, and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives;
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the central point of contact for sales and marketing interface issues. Organize and facilitate regular meetings and updates to ensure both teams are in sync with goals, strategies, and performance outcomes;
  • Data Analysis: Employ a data-driven approach in strategy formulation and campaign execution. Analyze performance data to guide decision-making, focusing on achieving measurable outcomes and optimizing ROI;
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives. Identify areas for enhancement and drive innovation in strategy and execution to adapt to the rapidly changing market dynamics

About you:

  • You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent experience;
  • You are fluent in English;
  • 5-10 years of experience. At least 2 years of proven experience in marketing, sales enablement, or a similar role is preferred;
  • Strong understanding of ABM strategies and experience managing complex marketing projects;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to act as a mediator between different teams;
  • Proficient in using project management rules;
  • Proficient in using the CRM (Salesforce), extract and interpret data in order to ensure the ABM activities.
