EuroTech Universities Alliance is hiring a part-time Office Manager.
We are looking for an experienced and committed Office Manager who can, among other things, ensure day-to-day management of finances and budget, while also assisting our Secretary General and other staff.
As Office Manager, you will also serve as Data Protection Officer and liaison with the bank, suppliers, and Belgian authorities, etc.

The office consists of a Secretary General, a Communications Manager who also serves as Deputy Secretary-General, an Office Manager and four Liaison Officers from the partner universities. It collaborates pro-actively with a broad range of both internal and external stakeholders to stimulate collaboration and raise awareness of funding and policy opportunities.
