We are currently looking for a junior finance specialist who can reinforce our finance team. This position is ideal for individuals with a foundational understanding of finance and accounting principles. You will assist with day-to-day financial operations.

Your mission

• Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Support the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payments.
• Monitor and track financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Help maintain financial records, including reconciling accounts and conducting bank reconciliations.
• Assist with the preparation of tax returns and filing requirements.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports to help senior management make informed business decisions.
• Assist with the development of financial forecasts and budget planning.
• Support the auditing process, providing necessary documents and information for internal and external auditors.
• Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with financial regulations, policies, and industry trends

Your capabilities

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of financial accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
