Your Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate recording of daily transactions, including accounts payable and financial transactions.
• Preparing and processing payment batches.
• Reviewing invoices for appropriate documentation & approvals prior to payment and use of Purchase Orders for invoice booking where applicable.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders within and outside of Loop.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance accounting processes and systems to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
• Assist in the monthly and yearly closings.

Your Key Competencies:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in a similar role in an international company.
• Hands-on experience with SAP.
• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• A excellent foundation in accounts payable with attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy at all levels.
• Ability to work autonomously while building strong relationships with Accounting and business stakeholders.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset - you don’t just process invoices and payments you optimize financial processes.
• Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
