About the role
You will play a key role in implementing business decisions, policies, and updates to ensure smooth HR operations. Acting as a key liaison between Talent Partners and various stakeholders, you will support organizational structure management, employee lifecycle processes, and HR compliance. Your role will help drive consistency and accuracy in HR processes while reinforcing company policies and providing solutions for HR-related issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and drive efficiency across teams.
Who you’ll work with
You will collaborate with Talent Partners, Compensation & Benefits teams, Global Data teams, Legal Advisors, and other stakeholders to ensure HR operations run efficiently. You will also work closely with managers and employees, supporting them through HR processes and policies. Your role will require strong communication and relationship-building skills to ensure smooth coordination and implementation of HR strategies.
What you’ll do
- Employee Relations: guide and advise managers, Talent Partners and employees through employee lifecycle and offboarding processes, including legal and compliance aspects.
- Support Talent Partners in job leveling, promotions, and compensation analysis by providing insights and recommendations based on internal and external benchmarks.
- Actively manage return-to-work programs and employee reintegration processes, working closely with managers and external service providers.
- Manage and implement organizational structure changes in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Ensure accuracy in HR data and participate in compensation surveys to maintain market competitiveness.
- Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and best practices.
- Provide HR reporting and analytics to support decision-making and improve HR operational effectiveness.
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience, and skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a global or matrixed environment.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, compensation structures, employment regulations, and HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors and Neocase.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, fostering collaboration and trust.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, work with confidentiality, and maintain high levels of integrity in HR operations.
