We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven VIE Junior HR Generalist who has the potential and drive to make a difference and be part of a constantly developing and learning environment. As part of the Benelux People & Organization team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of HR activities, actively participating to the life of the department & supporting the team with administrative tasks. You will take responsibility from day one, managing key projects and initiatives related to people training & development, recruitment & employer branding, internal communication & more.
On the Talent team which is responsible for Recruitment, Employer Branding, Training and HR Systems update, you will be partially in charge of all these areas with the support of your manager.
You will support building the yearly training plan by creating a dashboard & analysis for managers to be able to follow, submit and consolidate the team needs. This includes the tracking of various training KPIs. You will participate in the organization of trainings, coordination & follow up of local & Group trainings. Depending on the topic, you could be asked to animate group workshops or trainings. Further, the analysis of feedback collected via digital surveys is key to enhancing our training offer. Finally, you will be responsible for tracking and monitoring the training budget via Excel and our dedicated tools.
Another important aspect is the administration which includes the contract & invoice follow-up. For the internal learning tool (SuccessFactors LMS) you will ensure up-to-date management and back-up of all necessary information. Ad-hoc administrative support in different areas can be needed.
One of your responsibilities will be the coordination of the employer branding activities and campus management including career fairs as well as virtual events, goodies orders. The analysis of the impact of the participation to the different events is crucial to determining the employer branding calendar for the following years. A second part of your tasks linked to Employer Branding will be the support and follow-up of a local social media campaign (LinkedIn).
On the recruitment side you will be directly managing the entire recruitment process for junior positions (interns, VIE, junior staff): reviewing and updating job descriptions, CV screening and identifying candidates fitting with company values and business needs, coordinating and conducting job interviews, as well as the organizing and coordinating the onboarding process.
Additionally, it is crucial to coordinate the administrative processes for interns and VIE with local HR Admin and Ferrero France Commercial (for VIE specifically).
As VIE Junior HR Generalist you will be the first point of contact for all interns and VIE as well as for their tutors. You will monitor the interns’/VIE induction and career path by following their performance and evaluations with their respective tutors. Identifying and facilitating opportunities for integration into the Group after a successful experience is another aspect of developing and retaining our young talent.
Finally, you are responsible for animating our intern & VIE community by proposing and managing team building activities.
To support the People & Organization team, you could be in charge of writing presentations for various HR projects/trainings, internal communication articles, review or create some job description. All these elements could include translation French/English if needed.
We are looking for a candidate holding a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management or in a related field with a first experience on a HR generalist role (Junior HRBP or Talent Specialist) within a large group with a matrix organization. Ideally you show a strong interest in HR related topics and a real passion for the FMCG sector. Having an organized personality with a proactive approach and the ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines is essential for this role. Further, the position requires an analytical profile with a high attention to detail and expertise in Excel, which is used on a daily basis for various analyses and the creation of dashboards; knowledge of SAP & SuccessFactors is a plus. To be successful in this role as VIE Junior HR Generalist, you will need the agility to regularly switch between various topics and to approach tasks with a continuous improvement mindset. Additionally, excellent interpersonal skills and being a real team player will allow you to ensure effective communication with your colleagues and various key stakeholders. Fluency in English as well as in one of the local languages French or Dutch (written and spoken) is a must.
