We are seeking a People Analytics and Total Rewards Partner in our office in Leuven to enhance data reliability, improve systems and processes, and provide actionable insights to enable informed decision-making.
This hands-on role focuses on delivering operational excellence in compensation, analytics and People & Organisation (P&O) systems across the division, ensuring streamlined and effective processes aligned with our goals.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Build and maintain P&O dashboards and reports using Power BI, providing actionable insights to P&O and business leaders;
- Analyse P&O data to identify trends, patterns, and recommend areas for improvement;
- Execute compensation processes, including benchmarking, pay equity analysis, and headcount cost forecasting;
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages;
- Equip P&O teams with tools and templates for consistent and efficient execution of compensation and analytics tasks;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and provide data-driven recommendations for strategic P&O initiatives.
Ownership of Food People Information Systems and Reporting:
- Own and manage TOMRA Food’s People Information System (HRIS) and reporting processes;
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and alignment with global frameworks and standards;
- Oversee the integration and optimisation of key global P&O IT tools, such as TOMRA People and TOMRA Learn;
- Collaborate with global Total Rewards teams to enhance system functionality and alignment.
Process Improvement and Automation:
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline reporting and data workflows;
- Automate P&O processes to improve efficiency;
- Optimise the usability of existing tools for local and regional teams.
Data Integrity and Visualisation:
- Ensure data integrity through quality checks and governance practices;
- Create intuitive dashboards using Power Bi or Qlik to support decision making;
- Develop data storytelling methods to communicate insights effectively.
Collaboration and Global Alignment:
- Work with Group P&O Total Rewards, Group Analytics and business leaders to design and implement compensation and benefits programs that align with company objectives and market trends;
- Work closely with Group Total Rewards and Group Analytics teams to align on frameworks and methodologies;
- Collaborate with P&O teams to provide hands-on support and ensure alignment with global strategies;
- Act as a liaison between P&O and Finance to ensure data consistency and integration.
Supporting Global Frameworks and Total Rewards Projects:
- Support the P&O Leadership Team in implementing the Global Career Framework, ensuring processes and tools are effectively adopted across the division;
- Contribute to the execution of Total Rewards projects by aligning compensation and benefits frameworks with global and divisional strategies;
- Provide operational support to P&O teams to enable the consistent application of global frameworks and rewards programs.
Qualifications
About You:
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in HR systems, People Analytics, Compensation & Benefits, or related fields;
- Proven ability to manage data integrity and deliver reliable reporting;
- Hands-on experience with HR IT systems and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik, or similar platforms).
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality in data management, reporting, and analysis;
- Practical problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and simplification;
- Collaborative mindset and a proactivem hands-on approach to supporting stakeholders;
- Skilled in creating visually engaging dashboards and reports.
Education:
- Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field with a strong affinity for people analytics (or equivalent experience).
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of workforce planning, compensation processes, and HR IT systems;
- Experience with process automation and optimising HR tools;
- Familiarity with supporting large-scale HR transformations is a plus.
