As an UX Designer, you will report directly to the Experience Manager and propose a Customer Centric strategy for the evolution of our products to reach the set business KPIs. Using your in-depth knowledge of various types of user-centered research, you offer a clear view on the behaviors and needs of customers via research and user tests. Independent and proactive, you are able to conceptualize the business needs through user flows and evangelize the customer approach through various projects.

YOUR ROLE

Be responsible for finding "User Centric" solutions to business issues;
Implement interviews and focus groups;
Carry out qualitative research via data tracking;
Implement customer satisfaction campaigns (surveys, NPS, etc.) and follow up internal and external customer feedback (partners, players, etc.);
Implement user test plans and create high-tracking scenarios;
Provide business insights based on R&D;
Provide guidelines and accompany delivery teams to guarantee customer experience and optimal product quality;
Work with partners to optimize their operations regarding the market culture and demands;
Create, document and maintain various User Journeys linked to our products;
Create wireframes, high-level mockups and other UX deliverables needed for the design and development teams to ensure delivery.

YOUR PROFILE

You have a Bachelor or a Master’s degree in User Experience Design and Research (UX), a certification in Product Design OR 6 to 10 years’ equivalent experience;
Native in French, you also have a good level of English (B1 minimum);
You have in-depth knowledge of various UX methodologies (User Testing, Design Sprint, …);
You have in-depth knowledge of various types of user-centered research;
You are able to conceptualize ideas using a wireframe, mockup and interface (Figma);
You are able to implement and take part in user testing;
You are empathetic and have good communication skills, you also show a lot of autonomy and structure.
