Your role and responsibilities
In our team, you will be responsible for the administrative support of the audit department. In this role, you will be involved in the preparation and follow-up of key documents in the context of independence and anti-money laundering procedures and the updating of the client database.
You will also assist the audit teams in the preparation of engagement letters, audit reports and representation letters.

- You will be responsible for their transmission to clients;
- You will be responsible for sending out circular letters, filing the documents received in the audit programme;
- You are also involved in the engagement planning process;
- You will also prepare all reports issued by the office's auditors and accountants;
- You will participate in the preparation of service offers regularly linked to public contracts;
- You will prepare various internal reports for the training department and provide secretarial assistance as required;
- You will also be required to use various planning tools to monitor training at group level;
- You will provide secretarial support and participate in the logistical management of the office.
Who are we looking for
We are looking for a dynamic and communicative personality with min 3 years of experience in an admin support function, e.g. as executive PA.

- Do you have a special interest in Audit and accounting matters or are you very eager to quickly learn about these subjects?
- Do you get energy from working in a multi-tasking environment?
- Is your mother tongue French and do you have good knowledge of English both orally as well as in writing?
