Analysis of Business requirements.
Prepare documentation of Business requirements.
Business model analysis.
Business process analysis.
Business processes modelling.
Functional requirements and business cases analysis.
Risk analysis.
Assistance in Business cases, Vision documents, Project Charters and Security Plans.
Develop, maintain and optimize reports.
Accountable for providing accurate and timely the dashboard/reports and KPI tracking (e.g. reach metrics).
Supporting and accompanying the users in the right understanding and use of all data (info sessions, trainings, …).
Aggregate and organize data from different sources such as Google Analytics, search, big query, SAP BO, etc.

Hold a Bachelor's degree.
Have a minimum 3 years of experience in IT, at least 1 year as a Business Analyst.
Knowledge of information systems matters.
Knowledge of large organization administrative business processes (public administration and European studies recommended).
Knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques such as Python, R, SQL.
Strong skills with synthesizing large amounts of data, translate findings into clear insights and communicate these convincingly.
Knowledge in analyzing customer segments, e.g. experiencing a specific product problem.
Knowledge of wiki, collaborative sites and social networks.
Good to very good knowledge of MS-Office.
Have experience with Analytics and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI.
An asset is the experience with Qlik, Looker Studio Google, mobile app tools.
Technical and business-related analysis, complemented by data analysis experience.
Ability to give business and technical presentations.
Ability to work autonomously, managing his/her own workload independently, providing status updates, liaising with others and escalating issues as appropriate.
Aptitude to foster positive relationships.
Proficiency in English language at C1 level.
Proficiency in French language at B2 level.
