Mission and Key Tasks
The Marketing Manager Adult Healthcare would be responsible for developing and managing strategies for adult care brands and healthcare business plans.
Key responsibilities
- Create business and channel strategies for incontinence care (a winning product strategy and unique value proposition).
- Assess market needs, growth opportunities, customer requirements, and competition benchmarks.
- Oversee brand strategies, including brand architecture and executional materials.
- Plan and coordinate branded communication, including catalogues, key visuals, HCP programs, influencer plans, and caregiver plans.
- Lead the development of new packaging for European brands.
Background and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication; Masters is a plus.
- 2-4 years in brand or product marketing roles and at least 3 years in experience in managerial position.
- Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
- Experience in our categories and in Retail brand is a plus.
- Business acumen with analysis competences, strategic vision and results orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
