The Specialty Rental Divisional People & Culture team is looking for a Talent and Learning professional to implement and improve efficient administrative processes and to support our global Talent Development strategy. Additionally, you will be our Learning Link-star, meaning that our learning management system will hold little to no secrets for you. Your overall goal is to provide relevant learning solutions and content, tailored to the target audience and keeping in mind both the learning experience and objectives.

As Talent and Learning Professional, you will report to the Talent Development Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

Be in Charge of Learning Link Admin Tasks:

  • Are you ready to drive continuous development and innovation? As the Learning Link Admin, you enhance the user experience, explore new technology opportunities, and build, update, and assign training on the Atlas Copco Group's global learning platform, Learning Link;
  • You take the lead on divisional, regional, or individual requests and proactively seek improvement actions. As the go-to person for Learning Link, you will troubleshoot, give advice, and support our users. Plus, you report on mandatory training using our Learning Intelligence dashboards.

Take the Lead in Learning Content Creation:

  • Capture the requirements of all partners in different divisional teams and regions, and translate their input into fitting training solutions or content. Whether it's digital or face-to-face, you'll always keep the needs of your target audience in mind. Stay up to date on new learning methods and be eager to try out new things.

Be an Active Member of the Learning & Development (L&D) Community:

  • Stay informed about L&D trends, know what's moving, and apply relevant developments to our organization. Exchange experiences with other L&D experts within the Atlas Copco organization and join forces when possible. Promote training and a growth mindset on a global scale for our division by implementing the L&D strategy together with your team.

Experience:

  • You have a master's degree or similar, and whether you're a fresh graduate or have a year or more of relevant experience, what truly matters is your genuine passion for talent development.

Skills:

  • You value structure and efficiency, with excellent organizational and planning skills. Your creative, flexible, and customer-oriented mindset shines through. You're proficient in Office 365 applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, and have experience with LMS systems like CornerStone. Your English is top-notch, and other languages are a plus;
  • You're a forward-thinker with a strong focus on continuous improvement, both for yourself and the division. You work independently with a structured approach and quick grasp. Your high level of motivation and growth mindset drive you to communicate effectively, considering different perspectives. As a true team player, you always strive to enhance team performance.
