THE SCOPE
As CRM Officer you are part of a dynamic team, which is responsible for the 360 planning and execution of our CRM campaigns and journeys. The CRM Officer will work closely with the Casino and Sports Managers, CRM Strategists, Marketing team across different partners to assist in driving conversion, improving retention and customer loyalty. Responsible for setting up all promotions and ensuring player communications are on brand and targeted to players correctly.
YOUR ROLE
- Daily checks against campaign plans and on all outgoing marketing promotions to ensure that all is live and in order.
- Manually crediting players accounts after qualifying for promotions.
- Updating the website daily (Sliders/Promotion Page).
- Handle the CRM operational execution (included but not limited to the set-up of newsletter templates, Rich Inbox, SMS, Push notifications).
- Creation of promotions in back offices, such as Free Spins, Free Bets, Promotional Codes, Tournaments.
- Keep updated the customer communication & promotions calendar for relevant brands.
- Manage escalations from the Customer Service Team for any promotion queries.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree with a marketing orientation or experience equivalent.
- Previous experience in online Sports or Casino would be helpful.
- Knowledge and understanding of HTML is a plus
- Fluent in English. French and Dutch desirable.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Great attention to detail, excellent time management and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent team player and communicator.
- Embraces continuous learning.
