Your position

The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic advisor and partner to business leaders. This role will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness, and enhancing employee engagement

Key responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership: collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals;
  • Organizational Development: drive initiatives to enhance organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management;
  • Employee Engagement: foster a culture of high performance and employee engagement through targeted programs and initiatives;
  • Change Management: facilitate change management efforts to support business transformations and ensure smooth transitions;
  • Talent Acquisition & retention: oversee recruitment efforts for key positions and develop strategies to retain and accelerate the development of top talent;
  • Performance Management: implement performance management systems that encourage continuous feedback and development;
  • Diversity & Inclusion: champion D&I initiatives, ensuring a respectful and inclusive workplace;
  • Compliance: ensure HR practices comply with local and international labor laws and regulations;
  • Data-driven Decisions: utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decisions and drive business outcomes

Your profile

  • Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related field; ·
  • Experience: you have a solid track record as HRBP, preferably in an international service organization that builds upon high quality expert talents;
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of HR best practices and Belgian employment laws;
    • Capable of defining strategic HR objectives supporting the business, set priorities and deliver what you commit to;
    • Proven ability to inspire, influence and partner with senior leaders;
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Fluent in Dutch, French and English;
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
    • Experience with HRIS and data management tools (Excel);
    • High degree of cultural sensitivity and adaptability
