Your position
The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic advisor and partner to business leaders. This role will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness, and enhancing employee engagement
Key responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership: collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals;
- Organizational Development: drive initiatives to enhance organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management;
- Employee Engagement: foster a culture of high performance and employee engagement through targeted programs and initiatives;
- Change Management: facilitate change management efforts to support business transformations and ensure smooth transitions;
- Talent Acquisition & retention: oversee recruitment efforts for key positions and develop strategies to retain and accelerate the development of top talent;
- Performance Management: implement performance management systems that encourage continuous feedback and development;
- Diversity & Inclusion: champion D&I initiatives, ensuring a respectful and inclusive workplace;
- Compliance: ensure HR practices comply with local and international labor laws and regulations;
- Data-driven Decisions: utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decisions and drive business outcomes
Your profile
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related field; ·
- Experience: you have a solid track record as HRBP, preferably in an international service organization that builds upon high quality expert talents;
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and Belgian employment laws;
- Capable of defining strategic HR objectives supporting the business, set priorities and deliver what you commit to;
- Proven ability to inspire, influence and partner with senior leaders;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Fluent in Dutch, French and English;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Experience with HRIS and data management tools (Excel);
- High degree of cultural sensitivity and adaptability
