As a Transformation Coach, your focus will be on strategic transformations in EMEA, whether it's within one department or across multiple departments in EMEA. You will support transformations that go beyond regular change projects, aiming to create a new and different future by profoundly changing current values, beliefs, culture, and practices. Your role involves guiding sponsors, people managers, and project teams to ensure that change management efforts are executed with the necessary engagement and readiness, maximizing adoption and minimizing resistance for successful transformations. You'll closely collaborate with the Strategic Planning department, project managers, Change Managers, and change champions/agents in strategic and complex change initiatives, as well as with HR managers.
For this role, you need to think analytically and conceptually at the level of a master’s degree. You should have a strategic mindset, always ready to learn and adapt quickly to new and uncertain situations. Strong communication skills, tailored to the experiences of your colleagues and teams, are essential, along with the ability to influence while respecting our culture and values.
You must have experience in coaching conversations, whether with teams, individuals, or in systemic contexts. A growth mindset is crucial, as is the ability to lead workshops that inspire transformational thinking. You should also have a strong interest in HR/People processes and Learning & Development. While not mandatory, having certification in Change Management, such as CCMP or Prosci, is recommended.
We're looking for someone highly agile in navigating change, capable of setting an example for others. If you have a natural affinity for project management and maintain a positive, collaborative mindset across departments, you'll fit right in.
