Junior CRM Administrator

As a Junior CRM Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the CRM end-to-end (user maintenance, change requests, data quality, …).
What you’ll do
Business continuity & Salesforce improvement
- Pursue customization and development of N-SIDE CRM (Salesforce) to increase benefits and usability in order to improve customer knowledge and customer experience;
- Operate Salesforce technical improvements: field creation, workflow, user/profile management, layout optimization, and validation rules optimization. For complex requests, be the SPOC with external CRM consultants to ensure a good follow up;
- Support the CRM Team by processing CRM help desk requests - bugs & suggestions of improvement;
- Nurture the CRM knowledge base for users and admins with detailed users documentation, training materials/ FAQ, tips & tricks.
Data visualization enhancement & analysis
- Be the key point of contact for creating CRM reports & dashboards requests in order to give the right data to the right team/person;
- Build Salesforce reports and dashboards to monitor marketing, sales and customer success teams' activities;
- Support the business growth of N-SIDE by developing, maintaining and updating reports & dashboards to visualizing SaaS key metrics.
Data quality
- Monitor and improve the CRM Data Quality thanks to both technical and strategic approaches (dashboards up to date and accessible, hierarchical responsibility among teams with clear processes, data quality KPIs and metrics, automation…). This is in collaboration with the different department;
- Empower users to data-quality best practices.
About you
- You hold a bachelor or master degree in IT/Management/Marketing or a related field, with maximum 2 years of working experience;
- Technical knowledge on CRM Software (Salesforce, Odoo, SAP…) is a plus;
- You like to work with data and you like to make data-driven decisions. You are eager to deep dive into technical or data-related topics;
- You are a team player and eager to learn and collaborate with different partners, you have good communication skills and you can drive changes in users mind;
- You demonstrate the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities;
- You are proactive, eager to bring new ideas and leverage your expertise in each project;
- You are detailed, organized and result-oriented;
- You have an excellent written and oral communication in English.
