In order to support the growth of the group, our Payroll Team is looking for a dynamic, rigorous and positive profile to support the department and its colleagues in the daily management of our employees' payrolling.

YOUR ROLE

  • Establishment of contracts for the entire group;
  • Administrative management of new employees (contract signing, ordering lunch tickets, activating extra-legal benefits, etc.);
  • Encoding of employee entries and exits in various platforms (insurance, Eblox, internet & mobile, etc.);
  • Support in preparing reports (leave balance, listings, KPIs, etc.);
  • Administrative support to the department & colleagues (scanning, filing, manual data entry, etc.);
  • Management and follow-up of employee insurance (health, life, etc.) and extra-legal Benefits;
  • Mail management;
  • Payroll support;
  • Follow-up on medical visits;
  • Possibility to expand your role to include payroll tasks.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, or equivalent;
  • Knowledge of social legislation;
  • First experience in payroll and administrative management required;
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build connections between people;
  • Ability to manage priorities and anticipate needs;
  • Organized and rigorous approach to work;
  • Service-oriented mindset & strong team spirit;
  • Agility and flexibility in work tasks;
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
