Step into a dynamic role at the heart of our Europe West region as a Risk & Insurance Specialist at MCI Brokers. As a Risk & Insurance Specialist, you’ll be more than just a point of contact - you’ll be the driving force behind our insurance and claims processes. Collaborating closely with DSV Insurance and various business units, you’ll ensure that claims are managed efficiently, and that our services continuously evolve to meet the needs of our clients and partners.

Tasks:

You’ll take ownership of our general insurance and claims processes, coordinating with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations;
Work with our young and innovative MCI Brokers team to develop and execute creative insurance campaigns, driving continuous improvement in everything we do;
You’ll be at the intersection of communication, working closely with DSV business units across Europe West;

Are you the perfect match?

You have recently completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree, or you have experience in insurance or transport and logistics sector;
Experience with insurance processes is a big plus, but if you’re willing to learn, we’re willing to teach;
A PCP certificate is a strong asset, but if you don’t have it, no worries - we’ll support you in obtaining it within your first year;
Fluency in English is a must. Dutch and/or French would be a great advantage;
Our regional structure means you’ll need to be flexible to travel within the UK, Ireland, France, Luxembourg, and beyond;
We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and a creative approach to problem-solving. You take ownership, thrive under pressure, and can meet deadlines with ease.
