HR Payroll & Administration Specialist

The Role
- Perform the correct management and administration of: all personnel data following the HR processes, the payroll & the benefits processes for Catalent Brussels.
- Support all payroll administration, time & attendance and administrative processes for the personnel of Catalent in Brussels
- Manage all administration matters for employees: contracts, addendums, career interruption requests, benefits, insurances, different certificates, celebrations (births, weddings, etc…) input data for HR/payroll in payroll and Time & attendance systems (Protime Cloud)
- Be the key first point of contact for employees regarding administrations topics and ensure an appropriate answer in timely manner and in accordance to our social legislation requirement and Catalent processes.
- Support international/expatriate personnel file and payroll, single permit requests
- Support or manage optimization continuous improvement projects (ex: development compensation a& benefits policies, etc….) – automatization
- Ensure back-up of all workday actions in case of absence of the SME (Subject Matter Expert)
- Coordinate the FIP – “Plan Cafétaria”
The Candidate
- Bachelor in a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in payroll
- Good knowledge of all payroll and HR Admin tasks (contracts, etc…)
- The knowledge of EBlox and Protime Cloud is a plus
- Knowledge about social legislation
- Solution-oriented & positive mindset
- Fluent in French, and good comprehension in English, Dutch is an asset
