Job Description

A day in the life of an Application Support Agent Senior: The Application support agent will integrate the EU project. Responsibilities of the team encompass deploying, testing and operating all the Atlassian Eco System which provides different functionalities to different entities at European Institution.

Your main duties will be:

  • Receive and log requests/incidents & questions from users (by e-mail or via Service Now);
  • Solving first line, investigate problems, and determine appropriate actions;
  • Keep end-user informed on request status and progress;
  • Manage Upgrade/Migration of Atlassian Servers;
  • Participate to meetings with Officials;
  • Improving documentation and creating FAQs based on received calls.

Qualifications

If you have:

  • Higher education or equivalent overall experience;
  • Some knowledge of JIRA at user level preferred;
  • Knowledge In System and Network Administration preferred;
  • A first successful experience in user support;
  • Have good analytical skills and quickly understand process;
  • Be solution-oriented as well proactive and reactive to any problem;
  • High communication skills and ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Ability to work in an international/multicultural environment;
  • Strong team player with excellent relationship skills;
  • You are stress resistant and able to impart knowledge at various levels.
