Job description

The Software Marketing Manager oversees all marketing communications activities throughout the customer journey. In collaboration with product line management, you will gather insights to develop an annual marketing plan, including awareness and lead generation campaigns. Your goal is to establish the CO-AM Software Platform, including the renowned Magics pre-print suite, as the preferred choice for AM factories in the manufacturing industry. You will provide strategic briefings to our internal agency to develop marketing assets and campaigns across various channels. Additionally, you will liaise with regional marketers to adapt and support campaigns, ensuring the delivery of MQLs needed to achieve annual revenue targets.

What you will do

  • Oversee all marketing communications activities throughout the customer journey;
  • Collaborate with the product line manager to maintain an up-to-date customer journey for our CO-AM Software Platform;
  • Develop the annual marketing plan for software;
  • Manage the HQ marketing budget;
  • Create briefings and approve assets and campaigns for our internal marketing agency;
  • Report on campaign results to stakeholders, including sales, regional marketing, and management;
  • Work with digital experts to optimize campaign outcomes;
  • Maintain software pages on the company website and other online resources;
  • Contribute to the overall Software business unit positioning and messaging from a CO-AM perspective;
  • Oversee the Net Promoter Score for software;
  • Potentially lead a small team of software marketing specialists.

Your profile

  • Master’s degree in economics, commercial sciences, or marketing; a bachelor’s degree or master’s in another field with relevant work experience is also acceptable;
  • Over five years of experience in product marketing, preferably in an international B2B technology company with a focus on software products;
  • Ability to build strong brand stories and translate market and customer insights into effective multi-channel campaigns for awareness and lead generation;
  • Proven experience in digital channel marketing;
  • Balance of strategic insight and hands-on operational skills;
  • Experience influencing a matrix organization and managing senior stakeholders;
  • Independent and structured with a proactive approach and initiative;
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and mediation skills;
  • Ability to keep a broad perspective, embrace changes, and adapt to new situations;
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
