What you’ll do

In this role, you'll leverage your cloud computing skills to enhance our technical operations, focusing on:

  • Infrastructure Management: Provisioning, configuring, and maintaining a robust, high-performing, and secure infrastructure for hosting SaaS solutions;
  • Incident Troubleshooting: Collaborating with development teams to troubleshoot production incidents, streamlining resolution delivery with a DevOps approach;
  • Optimization and Collaboration: Improving and optimizing the company’s computing architecture, system configurations, and engineering policies;
  • Innovation and Development: Contributing to the design, development, and testing of new capabilities, and maintaining the CI/CD framework and SaaS hosting platform.

As a member of the platform reliability team, your responsibilities will expand to:

  • Technical Support: Assisting N-SIDErs with technical operations and service catalog requests, adhering to internal processes and procedures;
  • Service Continuity: You will be on support duty outside regular business hours for up to three days per month. This role provides an opportunity to deepen your understanding of our systems in critical scenarios, contributing significantly to our service reliability. This duty is planned in advance for work-life balance and includes additional compensation, recognizing the value of your dedication and expertise in these crucial moments;
  • Automation and Operation: Writing automation code for infrastructure and platform provisioning at scale, and creating playbooks for scenarios where automation isn't feasible.
  • Close Collaboration: Working closely with product development teams to ensure optimal service levels for client end-users;
  • Technology Maintenance: Maintaining and enhancing our technology stack, including Terraform/Pulumi, AWS, Kubernetes, and more.

About you

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science is required;
  • 1-3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer would be advantageous, but young graduates who demonstrate a strong potential are also welcome to apply;
  • Experience or knowledge in system administration and technical operations within cloud environments, particularly AWS. Familiarity with supporting CI/CD automation tools is desirable.
