Your Opportunity

We are looking for Senior marketing manager, Western Europe to drive our increased business development efforts in Western Europe. The person is responsible for increasing brand awareness and enhancing brand recognition of Intertrust as the ‘go to brand’ in the Western Europe and origination markets (Europe, US and Asia). The person is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategy for Intertrust in Western Europe in close co-operation with the business and global marketing team.

Your Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy Western Europe

  • Create, oversee and manage marketing strategy for Western Europe, aligned with global marketing strategy
  • Translate the global marketing & sales strategy into country specific marketing solutions on operational and tactical level
  • Responsible for local budget (in close cooperation with Managing directors and local service line leaders)
  • Develop digital and content led campaigns to support new products and priority services
  • Develop marketing plans for new services and execute launch internally and externally
  • Oversee local PR activity and agencies
  • Implement global service line campaigns in the local level
  • Oversee employee communication in the region aligned with global strategy
  • Actively support global brand building activities and ensure that the new global digital strategy works for the region

Online/Content Marketing

  • Creating and marketing engaging and newsworthy content for clients, business partners and prospects to increase our profile as subject matter expert and to generate leads:
    • Content production of news items, articles for the Intertrust newsletter and other (online) media channels
    • Drive the content/online/social media marketing calendar for Luxembourg
    • Liaise with the local PR agency
    • Content optimisation of the WE country websites in cooperation with Global Marketing
    • Stay up to date with market/industry developments

Events & Sponsorhips:

  • Oversee Events strategy in the region
  • Manage flawless execution of events and sponsorships
    • Initiate, organise and coordinate local client and relationship events in a creative, innovative and result driven way, targeted at the right audience and track the ROI through our CRM system
    • Initiate, activate and coordinate strategic partnerships and sponsorships

Marketing Tools

  • Safeguard the Intertrust brand housestyle by promoting and supporting usage of templates and guidelines in all client related communication
  • Manage the development of (printed) marketing tools (such as brochures, client presentations and proposals, adverts) and make sure that they meet the highest quality and brand criteria

Your Profile

Education and Experience:

  • A higher education in Marketing
  • At least 7 years work experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the financial and/or legal services industry

Skills:

  • Strong managerial skills
  • Manage the marketing personnel in Western Europe (two people)

Soft skills:

  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisation, planning and communication skills
  • Creative with an innovative mind-set
  • Can-do mentality, pragmatic and result-oriented approach
