Producing, analysing and validating the external consolidated financial reporting (Group’s Semi-Annual Interim Financial Report and Annual Report), as well as providing the financials to Group Investor relations and Communications in their external communication & press release.
Producing, analysing and validating the monthly & quarterly internal management reports to the Executive Committee, Audit Committee and Board, both on reporting segment and consolidated level.
Providing response to the ad-hoc reporting questions from the senior management, internal clients (Communications, Investor Relations, Performance Management, capital management) as well as the external national & international regulators.
Liaising with different stakeholders involved in the reporting process: Group Risk, Tax, Pension office, HR, Company General Secretary, Performance Management, Communications, Investor relations.
Ensuring that the financial reporting are correct and complete by applying the control process, and the deliverables are finalised within the deadlines.
Keep up-to-date with IAS/IFRS financial reporting requirements, identify changes and evolutions in financial reporting requirements (i.e. IFRS 9/IFRS 17) impacting Ageas Group, and implement Ageas reporting solutions.
Participate in various reporting projects.
You have a bachelor or master degree in Finance or Business administration ;
You have more than 3- 5 years of working experience (experience in the Banking or insurance industry is a plus) ;
You have a very good knowledge in Accounting and Reporting;
You have a good knowledge of IFRS ;
You are fluent in English, French or Dutch is a plus.
