Everyday a learning day

You will be joining Abilways, leading expert in learning and development solutions. We provide training and support to our B2B clients (including the European Institutions) through a variety of learning solutions tailormade to their specific challenges.

Your function

Our young and dynamic team is composed of different functions.

You will first replace for several months the person in charge of the adminitrative and accounting management of trainings.

After this replacement, opportunities will exist in a function for the monitoring learnings and development projects responding to the needs of our clients with the support of experts in the field.

Your daily job

Directly liaising with the EU and International Institutions, you are one of the privilege solution-orientated contact for our clients and suppliers.

Working in the accounting department, your job will be diverse as you will oversee the following aspects:

  • Monitoring the financial aspects of the projects along with the customer department;
  • CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system administration;
  • Follow-up of emails;
  • Customers: Contracts - Editing and sending invoices;
  • Suppliers: check and approbation of invoices and expense statements;
  • Compliance verification;
  • Accounting: Encoding of customer invoices, suppliers and expense reports;
  • Preparation of suppliers' payments;
  • Tracking customer payments;
  • Encoding of bank account statements;
  • Good coordination of all actions with the team;
  • Reporting to the management.

  • If you have a first successful working experience in a similar position and hold a bachelor’s degree;
  • If you are a team player, highly organised and proactive; with excellent written and oral skills in English & French;
  • If you are client-orientated with strong interpersonal skills;

Welcome on board

  • With a permanent contract (CDI), starting ASAP;
  • Full time;
  • Located in the European quarter of Brussels;
  • Fixed salary;
