In this position you will develop and implement, in conjunction with the Sales & Product Marketing team, the EMEA commercial plans for the nominated customer segments to achieve market share, sales and profit targets. From channel-dedicated tools to event, digital and content marketing tactics, you know how to optimize the marketing mix to maximize qualitative lead acquisition, foster customer retention and advance brand building.
Availability for business travel to meet customers and collect market knowledge (30%).
Being in contact with customers and the sales force, you show commercial insight and understand the implications of business agreements. You use your excellent communication skills to build relationships with the sales force, product marketing, internal departments, US counterparts as well as with distributors and end users. In this role you show excellent leadership skills. You know how to coach, motivate and engage your team. You are a team-player who enjoys collaborating with others, but also have the ability to manage projects in an independent way.
