Linklaters Belgium is seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic professional to support the HR department across a range of initiatives to achieve best in class recruitment.

This position represents a unique opportunity to provide expertise working with talented, engaged and visionary colleagues and stakeholders.

As a Graduate Recruitment Advisor, you’re at the heart of our firm’s strategy:

  • You’ll be working alongside the HR Team across a wide variety of strategic initiatives. You’ll lead and support meaningful projects in the HR portfolio, attract, develop and retain outstanding talents, create an environment of outperformance, be a diverse and inclusive meritocracy and an agile firm;
  • You’ll assist with the implementation of agreed attraction and recruitment strategy ensuring we meet and attract candidates from the widest possible pool not only on the Belgian market but also at international level;
  • You’ll deliver timely and professional candidate experience and act as an ambassador for the firm;
  • You’ll identify target recruitment markets, attend job fairs and develop appropriate resourcing strategies and explore alternative recruitment channels (e.g. diverse pipelines, social networks);
  • You’ll develop relationships with universities and other ‘Partner organisations’ and undertake graduate marketing activities as required including generate market leading content on social media;
  • You’ll ensure our recruitment processes are efficient, consistent and cost-effective and you’ll conduct an annual review of the selection process to identify efficiencies and improvements.

This is what we are looking for in you:

  • We’d love you to have a proven experience in recruitment and organisation of recruitment events as well as HR projects; but for sure, a passion for people is essential;
  • You have the ability to operate throughout complexity and ambiguity staying focused on best outcomes and client satisfaction;
  • You’ll definitely need a flair for project management (even if you haven’t done a formal project management role); and your attention to detail is second to none;
  • You’ll collaborate closely and build strong relationship with a team of 1 HR Administrator, 2 Senior Advisors and 1 HR Manager to contribute to the success of our highly service-oriented team;
  • You have high levels of energy, determination and resilience;
  • You’re curious and have a point of view, and you’re creative enough to challenge what the future looks like, based in a firm which is always striving to be consistently excellent, admired and at the cutting edge of the global legal market;
  • To be successful in the role, you’ll be able to catch the attention of our most senior stakeholders and have a thorough knowledge of English, French and Dutch.
