The Permanent Representation of Malta to the European Union in Brussels is seeking to recruit Office Assistant in the Administration Office (Full Time) who meets the profile indicated below. The selected candidate would indicatively commence duties with effect from Quarter 4 of 2019.
The contract is for a definite duration for a period of 6 months with a possibility of further extensions. Should the performance of the selected candidate be proven satisfactory, an extension of an indefinite duration may be offered.
The successful applicant must be able to obtain and retain a Maltese Government security clearance. It should be noted that employment in this position gives no entitlement to Maltese civil service status.
Applicants must have the right to reside and work in Belgium. The Permanent Representation will not be responsible for any costs incurred associated with relocation, accommodation, work permits and visa costs, nor the return of the officer and/or family to their country of origin at the end of the contract.
