Your mission will be to create and run our internal “recruitment agency” responsible for the complete hiring process of Cream staff: from recruiters and business managers up to directors and country managers.
In line with the corporate strategy, write job offers and post them on appropriate channels;
Manage candidate applications;
Proactively find and approach best candidates using different channels (direct approach, networking, events, job boards…);
Organize and schedule interviews for yourself and senior management;
Evaluate candidates against company’s criteria;
Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process with senior management;
Advise and provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process;
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to leverage our existing network and events;
Participate in the global reflection on our employer branding;
Participate in internal events/projects.

You have a Master Degree;
You just graduated or you have a first experience in recruitment/or head hunting;
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to present effectively and creatively: you will be first line contact between candidates and Cream!
You have the ability to work in a stimulating environment and meet targets: you will be 100% part of the achievement of our corporate strategy;
You have good organizational skills: you will be responsible for your work and Cream relies on you!
