This role is both, a strategic and hands-on. The Program Manager owns and drives the entire project cycle from initial conception, initiation through to design, test and roll-out of the specific initiatives in a complex and fluid environment. To achieve this, the Program Manager will work closely with key subject matter experts and decision-makers across the business. This role requires the incumbent to leverage strong stakeholder management skills, being able to influence on different organizational levels, elicit and work with knowledge from across the organization and to define and gain buy in for clear plans of actions in an ambiguous environment.
